Job summary
Strive Living Society in Maple Ridge is seeking an Adult Residence Support Worker for a full-time, temporary role. You will provide person-centered support to adults with developmental and mental health needs, follow care plans, document daily activities, and help with community integration in an on-site setting.

Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health concerns, and behaviours
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and complete daily documentation
- Understanding of health care plans, protocols, schedules and activities
- Ability to follow policies including health and safety policies
- Ability to support independence while promoting autonomy
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered support to adults in residential setting
- Follow individual care plans and document daily activities
- Assist with community integration and transportation when needed
- Support health and safety practices and participate in training and development
