Job summary

Colonnade BridgePort in Ottawa, ON is hiring a Resident Services Coordinator to oversee day-to-day building operations and deliver exceptional customer service to our residential community.

You'll coordinate service requests, move-ins, and community events, maintain resident records in YARDI, and support the Leasing team during busy periods. A high school diploma is required; bilingualism is an asset; 1–3 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in property management or hospitality.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality and/or Property Management.
• Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle may be required.
• English verbal and written communication strong; bilingualism (French & English) asset.
• Experience with Yardi and CRM systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for residents and provide a high level of customer service.
• Respond to inquiries and service requests with timely resolutions and satisfaction focus.
• Oversee and coordinate maintenance requests with operations teams.
• Coordinate move-ins, inspections, elevator coordination, guest suites, and orientations.
• Maintain resident records in YARDI and administer satisfaction surveys.
• Manage bookings for building amenities and support community engagement.
• Support Marketing with communications and newsletters across the portfolio.
• Assist Leasing during high volume times with inspections and key pack preparation.
