Colonnade BridgePort in Ottawa is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee daily operations of high-end residential and mixed-use assets, ensuring exceptional service and regulatory compliance. You will manage operating budgets, lead cross-functional teams with Operations, Leasing and Accounting, and supervise contractors to maintain property standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience as a Property Manager in high-rise buildings.
• 5–7 years leading a cross-functional team.
• Strong knowledge of residential leases and Ontario RTA.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi experience is an asset.
• Ability to travel to property sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the portfolio.
• Prepare and administer operating and capital budgets.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Marketing and Resident Services teams to meet leasing projections.
• Supervise and develop operating procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review accounts receivable and payables for accuracy and timeliness.
• Tender and manage capital projects and site improvements.
• Maintain strong tenant relations and provide exceptional service.
• Lead Building Operators, Tenant Services, Marketing and Leasing teams.
