Job summary

Northview Residential REIT is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Dawson Creek, BC to support resident relations and tenancy records. You will work with Leasing, Maintenance, and internal teams to ensure a consistent resident experience.

The role focuses on responding to inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, supporting lease renewals, inspections, and reporting, while maintaining accurate tenancy files and documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard admin systems.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain high customer service standards and implement resident relations plans.
• Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and other requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Review feedback and trends to improve service delivery and resident experience.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out reports, inspections, and follow-ups with internal teams.
• Maintain resident database and lease documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with renewals, transfers, and tenancy-related processes as needed.
• Prepare reports on resident satisfaction, lease expiries, renewals, and related matters.
