Finning Canada is seeking a Resident Heavy Duty Mechanic in the Medicine Hat area to perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Caterpillar equipment. You will interact with customers and internal teams, utilize CAT SIS/ET daily, and complete detailed reports.
The role requires Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification, a valid driver’s license, and a minimum of 5 years of CAT repair experience. Monday–Friday daytime shift with potential for future shift changes.

Note: This position will work a Monday to Friday day shift. Shift work may be required in the future. Candidate selection will be in compliance with the terms of the current collective agreement. Hours and shift schedules that may be subject to change to meet Finning or customer requirements, and will be made in accordance with the Collective Agreement. Please be advised, the successful candidate for this position will reside in the Medicine Hat area.
