Job summary

Sienna Senior Living in Brampton is seeking a Team Member Experience Coordinator to lead day-to-day HR administrative functions within a Long Term Community. You will help create an engaging employee experience and support a caring, values-driven workplace.

The role emphasizes guidance on employee relations, engagement initiatives, and collaboration with leadership to ensure consistent application of collective agreements and HR programs. A strong customer service mindset and EI are valued.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR experience required.
• Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent required.
• CHRP designation is an asset.
• Experience in a health-care setting is an asset.
• Experience with HRIS is an asset.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assistance with employee relations, including performance management and investigations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Support in employee engagement plans, town halls, and HR program deployment.
• Coordinate service recognition ceremonies and activities.
• Participate in Health & Safety committee and WSIB/WSBC processes.
• Assist with grievances, disciplinary actions, and arbitrations.
