Job summary

QuadReal Property Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day property administration. The role involves managing mov e-ins, notices, and documentation in Yardi Voyager and Rent Café, while upholding QuadReal standards and delivering strong resident experiences.

You will also coordinate market intelligence, pricing strategy, and vendor relationships to support revenue goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence is essential and professional communication is required.
• Two years of relevant experience plus post-secondary education is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-up are important.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and resident relations; conduct tours, secure appointments, and document activity in Yardi Voyager and Rent Café.
• Coordinate market surveys, analyze trends, and advise on pricing and promotions to maximize revenue.
• Prepare and file tenancy agreements, renewals, and related documents; manage notices and privacy compliance.
