Sienna Senior Living in Belleville (Aspira Quinte Gardens) seeks a Resident Engagement Manager to lead resident programs and a caring team. You will oversee budgets, coordinate community activities and partnerships, and ensure a welcoming environment for residents and staff.

The role requires a related degree, leadership experience, and certifications in fitness or health-related areas. A commitment to inclusivity and ongoing professional development is essential.

Qualificações

• Degree or diploma in aging and wellness field required.
• At least 1 year developing programs for seniors.
• Minimum 1 year in a management or supervisory role.
• Drivers license with clean record; willingness to obtain class license if required.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada; able to pass Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsabilidades

• Enhance resident well-being, autonomy, and participation in community life.
• Evaluate and enhance programs to increase resident involvement.
• Lead welcome program for new residents, facilitating belonging within the community.
• Develop partnerships with local entities, vendors, and contractors to support resident engagement.
• Record and document discussions during town hall and resident council meetings; publish events/newsletter.
• Grow and oversee a dynamic volunteer program for in-person and remote volunteers.
