Job summary

Sienna Senior Living’s Aspira Quinte Gardens Retirement Living is seeking a Director of Wellness to lead a clinical team and shape resident-centered care at the Quinte location. The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on guiding staff, managing care plans, and ensuring compassionate service.

Candidates must be a Registered Practical Nurse with at least three years in geriatrics or related fields, be legally eligible to work in Canada, and pass required background checks.

Qualifications

• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with minimum three years’ experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation or senior health.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to navigate regulatory requirements and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop care plans with corresponding fees and staff needs.
• Monitor incidents and guide interventions to prevent recurrence.
• Evaluate quality indicators and nursing services to ensure high-quality resident care.
