Job summary

Marcon is seeking a Concierge for its W42 residential community in Vancouver. You will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and service providers, ensuring a warm, organized resident experience.

You will handle welcomes, packages, access control, amenity bookings, move-ins, maintenance requests, and communications, while maintaining a secure, tidy lobby and supporting safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential concierge, hotel front desk, guest services, or similar roles
• Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills
• Professional, composed approach under pressure
• Familiarity with digital building systems or property management software

Responsibilities

• Provide resident, guest, and service provider reception and support
• Manage packages, access control, amenity bookings, move-ins, and maintenance requests
• Support building safety, lobby upkeep, and resident communications
