Bethany Collegeside in Red Deer, Alberta, is seeking a part-time Health Care Aide to support residents with daily living activities, respect privacy and dignity, and document care observations for the care team.

Qualified applicants hold a Government of Alberta Health Care Aide certificate and CLHA registration. Evening shifts are available; prior HCA experience is preferred but not required. Bethany offers a supportive team and a commitment to Creating Caring Communities.

Formación

• Health Care Aide certificate (Govt of Alberta approved).
• Registered with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA).
• Previous Health Care Aide experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a physically and mentally demanding environment.
• English literacy for speaking, reading and writing.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while respecting privacy and dignity.
• Accurately document care and observations for the RN or LPN.
• Maintain safe environment adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a caring community aligned with Bethany values.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to evaluate care needs.
