Job summary

Campus Living Centres is seeking a Residence Services Representative to be the frontline for student and guest inquiries, service requests, and daily operations at the residence front desk. You will interact with students, guests, and staff, ensuring high levels of service, privacy, and safety while coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills required.
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Minimum of 1 year industry experience or equivalent customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and respond to guests and students via phone, email, and in person.
• Utilize Campus Living Centres' computer software.
• Process payments, invoices, and review accounts.
• Maintain video surveillance and ensure cameras are recording.
• Protect student and guest privacy.
• Know emergency procedures and on-call staff procedures.
• Coordinate with residence staff and contractors.
• Update room status with housekeeping.
• Handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and account settlements.
• Keep front desk, lobby and office area tidy.
• Understand building departments (maintenance, housekeeping, residence life, conference and sales).
• Manage front desk operations: issue guest key cards, payments, reports, tidy areas.
• Ensure keys are used appropriately.
• Any other duties as assigned.
