Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies in Winnipeg is seeking a Glazing Project Manager to join our Winnipeg branch. Candidate will manage commercial glazing projects from award through completion, coordinating with field teams, customers, consultants and suppliers.

We offer a performance-based bonus, vehicle allowance and gas card, plus comprehensive benefits. Ideal for someone with 3+ years in commercial construction and glazing, looking to grow with Canada’s leading building envelope contractor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial construction as Project Coordinator, Estimator, or Project Manager.
• Commercial glazing experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience working directly with customers and project stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Education in Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field considered an asset.
• Experience with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar software considered an asset.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
