The purpose of the role

Under the supervision of the Replenishment Team Lead, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficient merchandise replenishment and proper storage and stocking of boxes for order preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare e-commerce orders;
• Safely palletize and place merchandise on shelves;
• Restock merchandise in designated locations with appropriate items;
• Transport and place merchandise in designated locations;
• Verify missing items on the computer; retrieve orders from Smart Shipper and pick corresponding items, verifying size, color, style, and SKU for each product;
• Stock items and correctly identify boxes (store number, initial, and box number);
• Ensure cleanliness and order in the assigned section of the Distribution Center;
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma;
• 3 months to 1 year of relevant experience;
• Versatility and ability to multitask;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Precision and thoroughness;
• Ability to lift boxes weighing between 25 to 45 pounds regularly;
• Ability to perform movements such as leaning, standing, and crouching for extended periods.

This is a permanent, full-time position.
