Job description

Status: Part Time

Located in downtown Montreal, the Nouvel Hôtel offers quick access to transportation and is surrounded by restaurants and cafés, ideal for lunch or after-work gatherings.

Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you will build strong customer relationships by handling room reservations for individuals and groups. You will also answer questions about the hotel and the surrounding area.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Respond to inquiries from clients regarding rooms and suites via phone or written communication.
2. Make reservations, promoting promotional rates and packages.
3. Upsell opportunities over the phone.
4. Inform clients of policies regarding cancellations, guarantees, restrictions, and special requirements.
5. Use the computerized reservation system to reserve, modify, or cancel bookings.
6. Manage reservation lists for future groups.
7. Handle changes to reservations and third-party billing requests using Converge.
8. Perform other tasks to ensure high-quality service.

Skills and Qualifications:

Languages:

Bilingual in French and English, both oral and written, is required due to our international clientele.
