Job summary

Cooper Equipment Rentals in Lethbridge, AB is seeking a performance-driven sales professional to drive new rental business and grow existing accounts. You will identify opportunities, conduct site visits, and build a robust sales pipeline while maintaining long-term client relationships with contractors and project managers.

The role focuses on meeting targets, offering climate control and equipment solutions, and negotiating rental agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or trade certificate is an asset but not required.
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma.
• Proven success in B2B Outside Sales with a hunter mindset.
• Prior account management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of propane and climate control solutions, including B149 Canadian propane codes.
• Product knowledge of temporary construction heaters / HVAC equipment and/or generators is an asset.

You will be required to provide a copy of your updated driver’s abstract upon request.Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or trade certificate in a related field is an asset but is not required.Proven success in B2B Outside Sales with a hunter mindset—experience in the construction equipment rental industry or a related field is a strong asset.Prior experience with account management is preferred.Thorough understanding of the construction industry, and of equipment rental fleet operations is an asset.Knowledge of propane and climate control solutions is required, including working knowledge of the B149 Canadian propane codes.Product knowledge of temporary construction heaters / HVAC equipment and/or generators is an asset.Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently growing a territory.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; able to interact professionally with customers (at all levels), as well as with your teammates.Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; familiarity with SRM software is a plus.Team-player, with the ability to interact with both customers and colleagues in a professional manner.#SJ1Want to learn more about career opportunities at Cooper Equipment Rentals?
