Description

Toromont Material Handling is looking for a rental specialist to join our team! The Rental Coordinator is responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs from our product line and promoting our products according to company policies and objectives.

Description

Toromont Material Handling is seeking a rental specialist. The Rental Coordinator will assist customers, promote products, and manage rental contracts and logistics.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with rental needs
  • Complete rental contracts
  • Promote products to customers
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics
  • Obtain credit authorization for shipping
  • Enter reservations and contracts into DBS / SAP system
  • Process shipping and reception of equipment
  • Update rental unit information in the system
  • Prepare invoices and handle disputes
  • Complete delivery reports and register rentals
  • Manage lease conversions and service orders
  • File related documents and collaborate on projects

Minimum Qualifications

  • ECE in administration or related university education with 3-5 years’ experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office and DBS / SAP systems (asset)
  • Bilingual in French and English (asset)
