Battlefield Equipment Rentals in Saint John, NB is seeking a Rental Coordinator to be the face of our branch, handling customer interactions, rentals, deliveries, and returns with accuracy and professionalism. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with Systematics would be an asset.
• Construction equipment knowledge or familiarity preferred.
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Team player with time-management and planning ability.
• Technical understanding of CAT equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the branch, engaging with customers by phone, email, and in person with a professional attitude.
• Coordinate rentals, deliveries, and returns by preparing paperwork and contracts, updating internal spreadsheets and tracking systems.
• Assist with loading/unloading customer pick-ups and keeping shelves stocked.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment.
• Close out each day by checking invoices, ensuring pricing accuracy, and balancing funds.
• Open and close the branch as needed and act as a trusted team member.
• Monitor rental equipment and saleable goods to ensure availability for customers.
• Follow safety protocols and environmentally sound practices.

As a Rental Coordinator, you’ll be a key team member, helping to keep our operations running smoothly and our clients coming back for more.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the face of our branch by engaging with customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions with a professional attitude.
• Coordinateequipment rentals, deliveries, and returns with precision and care by preparing paperwork and contracts for deliveries, updating internal product spreadsheets and any other product tracking systems.
• Assist with loading and unloading customer pick-ups while keeping our product shelves stocked and ready.
• Collaborate seamlessly with your colleagues to create a supportive and efficient work environment.
• Wrap up each day by checking invoices, ensuring pricing accuracy, and balancing funds.
• Act as a trusted team member by opening and closing the branch when needed.
• Keep a keen eye on our rental equipment and saleable goods, ensuring we always have what our customers need when they need it.
• Follow all workplace safety protocols and environmentally sound practices, making sure everyone stays safe.

What You're Looking For
