Battlefield Equipment Rentals in Brampton, ON is seeking a Rental Coordinator to manage rentals, deliveries, and returns, while assisting customers with a professional approach. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with Systematics is an asset.
• Familiarity with construction equipment and building products.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for making customers feel valued.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Time-management and effective planning skills.
• Technical understanding of CAT equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our branch by engaging with customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions with a professional attitude.
• Coordinate equipment rentals, deliveries, and returns with precision and care by preparing paperwork and contracts for deliveries, updating internal product spreadsheets and any other product tracking systems.
• Assist with loading and unloading customer pick-ups while keeping our product shelves stocked and ready.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and efficient work environment.
• Wrap up each day by checking invoices, ensuring pricing accuracy, and balancing funds.
• Open and close the branch when needed.
• Keep rental equipment and saleable goods available to meet customer needs.
• Follow all workplace safety protocols and environmentally sound practices.

Pay: $23.00–$25.00 hourly (depending on experience)

As a Rental Coordinator, you’ll be a key team member, helping to keep our operations running smoothly and our clients coming back for more.

What You’ll Be Doing
