Ryder System, Inc. in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Rental Account Manager to drive inside and outside sales. The role features a full-time schedule with a base salary of $50,000 to $55,000 CAD per year, plus commission, a phone allowance and car allowance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred business or related field.
Three (3) years or more of demonstrated success in a sales role required.

Responsibilities

Develop brand new business opportunities.

Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to identify and nurture new sales opportunities and increase rental revenues.
Interact with customers to tailor solutions and present proposals.
Provide ongoing support to accounts and dealer network to ensure retention and growth.
Attain sales goals at or above quota.

Summary

The Rental Account Manager will have responsibility for both inside and outside sales.

Position Details

Type: Full-time. Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 annually + commission + phone allowance + car allowance. Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Essential Functions

Develop brand new business opportunities
Build & grow relationships with our existing clientele
Development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to identify and nurture new sales opportunities and increase rental revenues.
Interaction with existing or prospective customer to identify and customize solutions and present proposals to resolve transportation problems/meet transportation needs.
Provision of ongoing support to existing accounts and to dealer network to ensure customers retention, generate additional or replacement.
Attainment of sales goals at or above quota.
Create an environment in which people want to do their best.
Act as a leader in the development and guidance of employees to meet revenue and margin goals.
Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
