About the Job

• Type: Full time/Permanent
• Wage: $32.59/ hour
• Shifts: Monday to Saturday, with availability to work any day of the week based on business needs.

• Dispatching time between: 11:30pm - 3:30am

Summary

The Commercial Driver position operates a commercial motor vehicle driving between pick-up and destination terminals. Ensures that trips are run safety, efficiently and in compliance with company and DOT regulations.

Essential Functions

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
• Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer

Additional Responsibilities

Performs other duties as assigned.
