Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited or equivalent).
Master’s in Power Systems Engineering preferred.
P.Eng License in Quebec REQUIRED.
U.S P.E preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct high-level system studies to support renewable energy projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret results and recommend solutions.
Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as technical lead on projects, coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
Conduct technical reviews and enforce quality control standards.
Research new technologies and contribute to process improvements.
Participate in client meetings, present technical information, and support proposal development.
