Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible project management experience.
• Experience with feasibility studies, business case development, procurement, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility assessment and board-approved business case.
• Develop project charter, plan, and governance framework.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, regulatory compliance, and construction.
