Job summary

ENDVR Energy in Milton, Ontario, is seeking a Manager, Energy Generation & Sustainability Assets to lead a growing portfolio of rooftop solar, CHP, storage, EV charging, and related partnerships. The role blends asset management, business development, and project delivery across four primary mandates.

The successful candidate will own asset performance, advance partnerships, originate new opportunities, and drive projects from concept to operation, coordinating with stakeholders and utility

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in renewable energy or DER project development, asset management, or utility/energy business development
• Direct experience with solar PV, battery energy storage, EV charging, or cogeneration assets
• Familiarity with IESO market rules, FIT/net-metering contracts, and interconnection processes
• Experience with grant funding strategy and public-sector procurement
• Comfort building financial and lifecycle cost models to support investment decisions
• Proven relationship-builder with municipalities, Indigenous partners, utilities, developers, and private industry
• Self-starter who thrives in building a new mandate in a small, high-growth team environment

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the four rooftop Solar/FIT projects (1.37 MWAC) and CHP co-generation system performance
• Grow ENDVR Energy's DER and sustainability partnerships and commercialize agreements
• Originate new generation, storage, EV charging, and energy-management opportunities
• Lead project development from feasibility to operation, including interconnection and construction
• Manage projects through feasibility, grant/funding strategy, procurement, and delivery to commercial operation
• Coordinate engineering, EPC, and field operations resources to deliver on time and budget
• Navigate utility interconnection and grid integration for new assets
• Build lifecycle financial models to evaluate new investments
