Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead renewable energy projects in the Kimberley region of Canada. This hybrid role combines on-site oversight with remote coordination across solar and wind initiatives, managing all phases from feasibility to commissioning.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within renewables, strong budgeting and leadership skills, and a degree in Engineering or Environmental Science. Flexibility for on-site and field work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with renewable energy projects.
• Experience managing project budgets and timelines.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, permitting processes, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of renewable energy projects, from planning to closure.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee on-site construction and installation activities with safety and quality standards.
• Provide timely reporting on progress, milestones, and financial status.
