Qualifications

• 2+years of technical college, Bio-Medical field or similar technical degree; or equivalent work experience in Field Service.
• Bilingual (for eastern Canadian market only)
• Requires high level of organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift heavy equipment and testing apparatus up to 35 kg

Responsibilities

• Maintains equipment in field territory and provides installation/maintenance support.
• Manages customer satisfaction and surpasses service delivery expectations.
• Completes paperwork and administrative tasks per policy.
• Collaborates with FS Regional Manager and other teams to improve performance and customer experience.
• Travels up to 30% and may require overnight travel.
• Provides equipment overview training to technical staff as needed.
• Delivers/removes products and performs system checks.
• Maintains trunk stock inventory.
• Builds relationships with internal and external customers.
• Participates in 24/7 on-call coverage and adheres to safety/compliance procedures.

Education

Technical college degree / Bio-Medical field

Bilingual (Eastern Canada)
