Medline Canada Corporation seeks an experienced field service technician to keep dental equipment running smoothly across sites in Canada. You will troubleshoot, repair and calibrate gear, install new units and promote maintenance contracts to clients.

The role requires travel to dentist offices, valid Canadian license, evening/weekend availability for emergencies, and a focus on safe, high-quality service delivery. Medline offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Dental Equipment Manufacturer certification training a huge asset.
• Certification, Diploma or Degree in mechanical, electrical, small machine repair etc. is an asset.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience repairing equipment.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and/or plumbing.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Aptitude for problem solving.
• Able to prioritize and organize work schedule with limited supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of client service by responding promptly to service requests and following through on commitments to customers and internal colleagues.
• Diagnose equipment issues and arrange for required parts, supplies or tools.
• Repair, calibrate and adjust equipment based on manufacturer specifications.
• Support new equipment installations and sell maintenance contracts.
• Document equipment issues and completed repairs in the system.
