Baxter International in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist on an 18-month maternity leave coverage. You will serve as a key technical resource for customers, field service reps, and internal stakeholders, troubleshooting Baxter medical equipment.

You will diagnose issues, manage service requests, process parts orders, document work, and travel occasionally within Canada and the U.S. for training. A high school diploma is required and bilingual English/French is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have troubleshooting experience with electrical and mechanical systems (preferably medical devices).
• Experience in technical support, help desk, or service operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to document service interactions.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to customers, field service reps, and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues on medical equipment using manuals and schematics.
• Manage service requests, parts orders, and documentation in Baxter systems.
• Coordinate engineering part returns and failure analysis requests.
• Travel occasionally within Canada and the U.S. for training and shadowing.
