Job summary

INNOOVA, a Montreal-based boutique consultancy, seeks an experienced Workday Engagement Manager to own end-to-end delivery of Workday implementations. You will lead mobilization, planning, build, test, and go-live, while driving governance, risk management, and executive reporting for diverse client projects.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, shape delivery approaches, and contribute to pre-sales efforts, establishing standards and accelerators to scale our delivery DNA across

Qualifications

• Led HRIS or IT projects end to end in external client-facing consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and cultures in a delivery context.
• Strong communication skills in French and English as needed by client.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday implementation projects end to end from mobilization to hypercare.
• Drive client-facing project governance and executive reporting.
• Coordinate internal delivery teams across concurrent mandates in a matrix organization.
• Contribute to proposals and pre-sales with project plans and delivery approaches.
• Develop reusable accelerators and standards to raise delivery quality.
