Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Canada is seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Analyst to support enterprise implementation and deployment initiatives, ensuring accurate, compliant, and reliable payroll processing.

In this role you will serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Payroll, lead testing activities, validate configurations, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams to ensure operational readiness and a smooth go-live.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Payroll experience with multiple full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in Workday Payroll configuration and testing methodologies.
• Proven experience leading payroll testing for enterprise deployments.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, taxes, earnings and deductions.
• Experience with Workday reporting, troubleshooting and defect management.
• Knowledge of data validation, reconciliation and go-live preparation.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll testing and validation during implementation and deployment.
• Serve as SME for Workday Payroll during activities.
• Develop and execute detailed test scripts and coordinate defect resolution.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and partners to ensure readiness.
• Support data validation, cutover activities and go-live preparation.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive resolution of defects.
• Recommend improvements to payroll configurations and processes within Workday.
• Ensure end-to-end payroll integrations and workflows function correctly.
