Agilus by Synergie in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a Boundary App PM in the Utilities sector. The role is hybrid, leading planning, execution, and delivery of Boundary Apps projects with strong cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will bring extensive Workday experience (Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence) and a proven track record in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and stabilization across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workday functional experience with expertise in Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence.
• Deep functional knowledge of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence, with the ability to advise on best practices, process optimization, and scalable solution design.
• Experience supporting Workday workstreams within large-scale ERP, business transformation, or system harmonization initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities across complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience assessing the impact of upstream and downstream systems, integrations, and business processes within a broader enterprise landscape.

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Boundary App PM in the Utilities in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta. seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Boundary Apps portfolio. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and oversight of technical and operational aspects to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business goals.

Successful candidates will have

Additional Competencies
