Job summary

Paragon Testing Enterprises, a Prometric Company, seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative in Vancouver, BC to support test takers, end-user clients, and partner organizations. You will handle registrations, transfers and cancellations, respond via email, phone and chat, and promote Paragon's tests and instructional materials to stakeholders.

The role requires two 8-hour weekend shifts (6:30am–5:30pm PST); working from home with occasional office visits; must be eligible to work in

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to assist non-native English speakers.
• Proficient with Windows Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via email, telephone, and chat.
• Process registrations, transfers and cancellations promptly.
• Promote Paragon's tests and materials to customers.
• Refine delivery and implementation procedures.
• Update registration and reporting databases.
• Track requests and suggest service improvements.
