Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have flexible schedule incl. some weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be computer literate with excellent data entry skills.
• Service oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple priorities.
• Creativity, latitude and problem solving required.
• Entertainment industry awareness is important.
• 1–2 years’ experience with Ticketmaster systems (Host).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements.
• Accurately input event data into Ticketmaster Host system and identify and resolve event errors.
• Collaborate with clients, promoters, and internal teams to create events and distribute information.
• Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients.
• On-call schedule rotation for after-hours, weekends, holidays client support.
• Other duties as assigned by EM Manager or Regional Director.
