Job summary

Oxford International Education Group in Vancouver Centre seeks a part-time Recruitment Specialist to drive lead generation and conversions for Canadian students. This hybrid role requires 15 hours per week, with at least one in-office shift weekly on either Vancouver or Halifax campuses.

You will engage prospects by phone, text, and email, coordinate with Admissions Advisors, and manage funnels from inquiry to enrollment, contributing to enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• We require a quick learner who is highly organized and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; CRM experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting Canadian students and handling lead qual./conversion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students rapidly (within 5 minutes) via phone, email and text.
• Collaborate with Admissions Advisors in Halifax and Vancouver to ensure smooth journey from enquiry to application.
• Create and implement top-of-funnel conversion plans in line with OICC.
• Ensure timely delivery of conversion plans and optimize efforts.
• Develop knowledge of programs, financial support, scholarships, bursaries, pricing.
• Contact, follow-up, and nurture leads through multiple channels.
• Listen attentively and answer questions about programs confidently.
• Monitor lead status, applications, and sales; inform stakeholders of progress.
• Create and maintain lead status reports as required.
• Identify trends to inform recruitment/conversion strategies.
• Perform other duties commensurate with the role as needed.
