Job summary

Galderma in Ontario is seeking a dynamic Manager, Virtual Sales & Channel Growth Injectable Aesthetics to lead our inside/virtual sales team and accelerate revenue through channel development. You will coach high-performing reps and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical and Training to expand our commercial reach.

This remote Ontario role offers a base salary of CAD 115,000–135,000 plus bonus, with opportunities to develop strategic partnerships, win new channels, and drive sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years in sales, business development, or related roles with leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inside/virtual sales and business development strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and coach a team of inside/virtual sales reps to exceed KPIs.
• Analyze sales metrics and pipeline trends to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Training and Sales to refine lead processes.
• Lead channel development for new channels and partnerships.
• Negotiate partnerships and contracts.
• Develop scalable channel activation programs.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and new revenue streams.
• Support strategic growth initiatives with cross-functional teams.
