Galderma Canada Inc. seeks a dynamic Manager, Virtual Sales & Channel Growth Injectables Aesthetics to lead a high-performing virtual sales team and accelerate revenue through strategic channel development.

The role partners across Sales, Marketing, Medical and Training to drive growth through education institutions, buying groups, and partnerships. The position is remote in Ontario with a base salary range of 115,000 - 135,000 CAD plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years in sales, inside sales, or business development with 1+ year in leadership.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding B2B targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach inside/virtual sales team to hit KPIs.
• Develop and execute the virtual sales/BD strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Training to refine processes.
• Identify and prioritize new channels, schools, and partnerships.
