CannAmm is seeking a Third Party Site Coordinator to support its network of collection sites. The role focuses on establishing new sites, maintaining accurate site data (services, pricing, hours, contacts), and partnering with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.

The position offers a permanent full-time schedule with a remote work option and provincial coverage within Canada. A strong emphasis is placed on initiative, organization, and communication.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary courses are an asset.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications for urine/saliva testing.
• Experience with CanTrak and Site Scheduler is an asset.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Assist with setup of new third-party collection sites and negotiate pricing.
• Maintain accurate site information, hours, services, and contacts.
• Build and maintain relationships with sites, clients, and partners.
• Respond to site questions and support service delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with internal teams and sites.
