Job summary

Indero, formerly Innovaderm, seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to provide administrative support for site activation activities across clinical trials. The role involves coordinating with Project Managers, Trial Managers, and CRAs to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will mentor junior coordinators and work remotely within Canada. Requirements include minimum 2 years in clinical research coordination, Site Start-Up experience, strong documentation skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to clinical research or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Project Coordinator in clinical research and CRO/biotech/pharma.
• Proven Site Start-Up experience in a global/multi-regional environment.
• Good knowledge of essential documentation for clinical trials.
• Proficiency in English (written and oral) required; French or other languages asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Investigator Sites for trials by reviewing and approving essential regulatory documents.
• Establish site activation timelines and coordinate activities to meet timelines.
• Communicate with clinical sites during site start-up.
• Maintain eTMF with regulatory documents for activation and study management.
• Escalate risks to the Project Manager and keep study teams aligned with timelines.
• Assist with onboarding and training materials for site staff.
