Job summary

The Technical Solution Specialist is responsible for delivering tailored technical solutions that meet client needs and support the deployment and integration of InnovMarine’s products and services. This role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure the effective implementation, configuration, and optimization of software solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marine Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years in technical solution delivery or support roles.
Strong understanding of software deployment, configuration, and integration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Design and implement technical solutions and process improvements with clients and internal teams.
Configure and deploy software products based on client requirements.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
Document solution architecture, configurations, and implementation processes.
Provide technical support during and after implementation; troubleshoot issues.
Maintain detailed records of support activities and resolutions.
Act as a technical advisor to clients and collaborate with sales, product, and consulting teams.
Gather client feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
