Camunda is seeking a Technical Account Manager to partner with strategic customers, guiding them through the adoption of our enterprise platform. You’ll work closely with AI-enabled workflows, LLM-powered services, and secure cloud infrastructure, driving measurable business value.

You will collaborate with cross-functional Camunda teams, deliver hands-on guidance, and contribute to long-term success across diverse industries. Remote-first with on-site engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience as a Solution Architect, TAM, or similar role.
• Strong background in architecting and deploying large distributed systems.
• Experience with AI-enabled automation and cloud infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Team up with TAMs for strategic enterprise customers and guide adoption.
• Provide hands-on guidance and best practices across stakeholders.
• Advise on AI-enabled architecture patterns and cloud integrations.
• Lead technical adoption plans to maximize business outcomes.
• Manage on-site engagements up to ~30% when required.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Engineering, Sales.
