Job summary

A leading educational institution in Calgary seeks an individual for a role focused on providing system support and analytical services to the Talent Management function. This position involves overseeing data reporting, assisting in employee recruitment, and developing complex audits and workflows using tools such as R and PeopleSoft Query. Candidates should possess a university degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with demonstrated skills in data analysis, Microsoft Office, and Talent Management methodologies. The role offers a flexible work schedule allowing for remote work up to three days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience with R and/or PeopleSoft Query is strongly recommended.
• An equivalent combination of directly related education and experience may be considered.
• Excellent understanding of statistical or quantitative methodology and technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee system administration and reporting within Talent Acquisition Management (TAM).
• Participate in internal and external employee recruitment initiatives.
• Extract, analyze and report data from CBE systems to meet Talent Management needs.
