Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an analytics, reporting, or business intelligence role.
• Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise HRIS or payroll platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge of key People & Culture processes.
• Run scheduled and ad hoc reports from the HRIS and other systems.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and summarize findings.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations using BI tools.
