Job summary

Precision Labs in Toronto is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to streamline interview processes and candidate experience. You will own interview scheduling, communicate with candidates, and coordinate across locations and time zones within a fast-paced People team.

You will maintain ATS data, explore AI-enabled improvements, and support employer branding while identifying opportunities to speed up hiring and improve data hygiene.

Qualifications

• Experience in an assistant, coordinator, or operational role within a fast-paced environment.
• Good acumen with AI tooling and solutions.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• The ability to prioritize effectively and create a structured weekly schedule.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ideally developed in a customer- or candidate-facing role.
• A commitment to consistently delivering an excellent experience.
• An outgoing, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives that strengthen our employer brand.
• Identify opportunities to improve hiring velocity by optimizing scheduling and operational processes.

Interview Coordination and Candidate Experience
