Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS account management.
• Proven renewal and expansion capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of mid-market SaaS clients.
• Lead renewal discussions and negotiations.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
• Provide quarterly business reviews and forecasts.
