Nova Scotia Spirit Company is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to own day-to-day social and community for three growing brands. The role blends creativity with strategy, overseeing content calendars and creator partnerships while aligning social activity with sales and leadership priorities.

Based in Halifax, NS, this remote-first position requires working from home most days, with on-site shoots and events.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years’ experience managing social for a brand or agency.
• Content calendar ownership and juggling requests from multiple teams.
• Creator/influencer partnerships experience.
• Filming, editing, and design skills; familiarity with CapCut, Adobe, and Canva.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager; willingness to learn paid social advertising.

Responsabilidades

• Own the organic social strategy for three brands across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Build and manage content calendars for launches, campaigns, and retail priorities.
• Define each brand's voice, pillars, and visual identity; maintain organized asset library.
• Create native content; be comfortable on camera and direct photographers/videographers as needed.
• Lead creator/influencer partnerships and campus ambassador programs; plan influencer events.
• Collaborate with sales, brand, and leadership to align social with business goals.
• Support broader marketing priorities, including product launches and campaigns.
• Lead community management: respond to comments/messages and maintain brand tone.
• Attend events and shoots to capture content; promote events on social.
