Job summary

Canopy Growth is seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to drive integrated campaigns and strengthen brand presence from a remote-first base in Canada. You will manage social channels, content creation, email campaigns, and paid media while aligning with regulatory requirements and brand voice.

You will leverage analytics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions, reporting insights to leadership and collaborating across marketing teams to support launches and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
• 5+ years in social media/digital marketing or integrated marketing.
• Experience with paid digital advertising and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across key platforms.
• Lead content development including videos, graphics, blogs, and emails.
• Plan and optimize paid, owned, and earned media campaigns.
• Monitor performance, provide insights, and adjust strategies.
• Support product launches, events, and sponsorships with digital campaigns.
