Job summary

CanadianSIM is seeking a UX/UI + CRO Specialist to own end-to-end user experience on Shopify ecommerce. You will analyze the customer journey, uncover friction, and drive conversion improvements through data-driven experiments and CRO roadmaps.

You will design in Figma, enhance information architecture, and collaborate with developers to implement scalable Shopify components and tests that raise trust and clarity for checkout and activation flows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience improving conversion performance through UX changes.
• Familiarity with Shopify ecommerce UX and constraints.
• Strong understanding of CRO and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience with GA4, Hotjar/Clarity, and A/B testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the customer journey: landing → plan selection → checkout → post-purchase onboarding.
• Create and iterate designs in Figma; improve IA and flows.
• Own the CRO roadmap: prioritization, testing cadence, tracking and reporting.
• Plan and execute A/B tests and landing page optimization, checkout improvements.
