Job summary

Cheers, a leading US alcohol supplement brand, seeks a fully remote E‑Commerce Director to own CRO strategy and manage Shopify site operations. You will lead structured tests across PDPs, checkout, and bundles, while coordinating with an external agency for technical projects and migrations.

You will be data-driven, proficient in GA4 and other analytics tools, and drive lifecycle improvements with a hands-on, strategic approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Shopify e-commerce experience for DTC brands.
• Strong CRO experience with a proven track record of structured tests and conversion improvements.
• Deep knowledge of the DTC ecommerce ecosystem and Shopify apps for CRO.
• Data-driven with proficiency in GA4, analytics, and retention platforms.
• Comfortable owning both strategy and execution in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a structured CRO roadmap across PDPs, checkout flows, bundles, offers, and subscription UX.
• Lead Shopify management: product pages, templates, apps, QA, and promotions.
• Coordinate with external web dev agency for advanced builds and migrations.
• Report on CVR, AOV, checkout progression, and e-commerce KPIs using GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, and PostHog.
• Possibly manage lifecycle channels (email/SMS) and agency relationships.
