Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a CRO Executive based in Canada to drive conversion rate optimization for leading Ecommerce brands. You will collaborate with CRO consultants, designers, developers, and clients to identify opportunities and turn insights into measurable improvements.

Initially supporting senior consultants, you will own defined initiatives from discovery through delivery and review. You will progressively take responsibility for optimization roadmaps, client meetings, and account direction,

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive ownership mindset with ability to propose next steps and seek support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data into recommendations.
• Experience working with Shopify.
• Experience using GA4 or similar analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation programs.
• Genuine interest in Ecommerce, customer behavior, and CRO.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior CRO consultants to understand client goals and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify optimization opportunities via analytics, user behavior insights, and industry analysis.
• Develop clear, evidence-based recommendations with business impact.
• Build and prioritize optimization roadmaps balancing impact and effort.
• Determine approaches for opportunities (A/B testing, design changes, development).
• Own initiatives from discovery to launch and review.
• Coordinate delivery across CRO, design, and development teams.
