Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management within SaaS B2B software, with a track record owning strategy and roadmap across multiple products or complex product lines.
• Experience as an Application Specialist/Engineer/Manager inside a law firm with workflows/solutions ownership is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a unified product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for CoreRespond and CoreRelate Cloud.
• Lead customer research, competitive analysis, and market trends to inform ROI-driven decisions.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to drive go-to-market and pricing strategy.
• Develop end-user documentation, training materials, and product demos/videos to enable adoption.
